We offer a wide range of Permanent and Contract recruitment services:

Traditional contingency or database recruitment. Details of around 25,000 of the best Engineers and Scientists in the UK are held on our unique database. We also have access to all major on-line CV databases including Jobsite, Monster, Totaljobs and specialist niche boards such as Electronics Weekly and New Scientist. We employ sophisticated data-mining software to identify ‘passive’ candidates from social media such as LinkedIn. This gives us access to several million candidate CVs across all areas and specialities.

Advertising: Our substantial advertising budget gives us access to the equivalent of £100,000 worth of advertising space per annum. We have particular expertise in creating and placing highly effective on-line advertising. By paying careful attention to content we ensure optimum search engine friendliness and maximum interest from candidates. We regularly win acclaim from the major job-boards for the unusually high response levels our advertising generates compared with competitors.

Search & Headhunting: For highly specialist or senior positions or where clients want to target an individual or individuals (say from a competitor) we can undertake discreet but highly effective headhunting campaigns.

Contract Recruitment Services: For short-to-medium term requirements we have access to a vast pool of potential temporary staff coupled with the required finance, insurances and infrastructure to be able to offer the full range of temporary/contract and temp-to-perm placements.

Terms of Business: We look to build long term relationships with our clients, so we offer flexible terms of business –rates, payment terms and rebate/guarantee periods are all negotiable and will be agreed on an individual basis before work commences. KPI’s and Service Standards:

Our consultants work to the following demanding client and candidate service standards:

  • Typically 4-6 highly specific CVs in candidate’s original format for each role.
  • All candidates telephone interviewed to ensure they are fully assessed and briefed on the vacancy and the company BEFORE the CV is submitted.
  • No CV submitted without candidate’s express permission.
  • Clients and candidates kept fully informed of progress.
  • Candidates further briefed prior to interview by client
  • Interviews confirmed with candidate by email with copy of the job specification, links to client website and map/directions where required.
  • Candidates de-briefed post interview and feedback given to client.
  • Client feedback given to candidates prior to any additional meetings or interviews.
  • Employment offers presented to and discussed in detail with candidates ensuring high acceptance rates.
  • Close contact maintained with candidates throughout their notice period prior to starting new job ensures low ‘drop-out’ rates and early rectification where necessary.
  • Candidate start confirmed prior to invoicing on agreed terms of business.
